I think that this issue is a big issue. Obviously, Calif. is in the worst drought in documented history. But, it doesn't matter if you wash your hands. Don't stop bathing, but when you brush your teeth, turn the water off. The government is taking a lead on this issue. I think that it is a crazy idea to think that we don't have a lifetime supply of water, but it is true. SO make sure not to run the water for three hours...
